| ~ and Those Who Conspire to Rule the World ~ |

| There seems to be a growing amount of talk about conspiracies these days. Some believe it is because the number of paranoid people in the world growing, while others believe that it is because a lot of conspiring is, indeed, taking place. I am not a conspiracy theorist, nor do I subscribe to about 90% of the theories that are floating around the world, especially via the worldwide web. However, as a student and researcher of history, I have found that, throughout recorded time, there have been many provable conspiracies and while I’m not interested in theories, I am interested in discovering facts and considering evidence that may prove that specific conspiratorial circumstances and situations do exist.
I certainly propone no theories of my own, and I have found that many of the theories I have researched are based on facts that cannot be proven and contain within them, faulty evidence that falls apart for lack of substance. Those conspiracies that I have found to have substance, I have traced and compiled into a chronological sequence that reveals not only their existence, but also the accomplishments and self-proclaimed purposes of those who have admittedly conspired to rule the world. The best evidence of a true conspiracy comes from the lips of those who would dare to conspire and then, in moments of weakness, brag about their intentions and/or accomplishments. The best proof of a conspiracy is in the evidence that is exposed as their purposes are fulfilled in accordance with their pre-declared determinations. “…by their fruits ye shall know them.” (Matthew 7:12-20) While it is apparent many conspiracies have been and are being promoted and/or contrived on any given day and over any given time span, I would like to propose that each and every one of them are a part or extension of one, universal conspiracy. The evidence presented in this documentation will corroborate and confirm this claim. Having said this, I need to qualify this claim by saying that this one conspiracy is a spiritual conspiracy, one that is outside the understanding of those who limit their understanding to what they are "told" is true or that base their knowledge solely on physical evidence. To deny that there is a spiritual realm and reality, not viewable by the human eye, is to limit one’s understanding to the physical realm, in which there are many things that cannot be explained by intellectual gymnastics, no matter how lithe and agile. Those who limit their existence to achieving physical endeavors and fulfilling desires in the physical realm cannot, do not and never will be able to understand what is transpiring in the spiritual realm. If one does not give consideration to the fact that there is a larger, more powerful realm – one that transcends and engulfs the one that they can see with their eyes and touch with their hands – then many of the most important things in life are overlooked. It will be shown, that this one, spiritual conspiracy, of which most people are unaware, is central to all other issues and concerns. In addition, the realm of conspiracies, of which I speak, is not simply the type in which a few people conspire to become rich by deceiving many others, but rather, a much larger one in which a large number of people conspire to rule over the entire world populace. Contained in this treatise, you will find copious quotes by self-proclaimed leaders of numerous secret societies, wherein they clearly declare their intentions to govern the entire population of the world, either by consent or conquest. At this time in history, they settle for restrained consent, simply because the current level of obeisance and submission satisfies their lust for power over their fellow man. However, their plan to rule the world includes the culling and elimination of a great portion of earth’s population, so they know that at some point, they will need to resort to extreme force. It will not trouble them, in the least, to resort to extreme violence in executing the final stage(s) of their generation-spanning, millennia-long plan and as evidence, I give you the Bolshevik Revolution, World War I and World War Two. As evidence that they are willing to murder on a large scale, I present to you Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Whatever the cost to the masses, it will not be a matter of cost to them, for they will possess everything that remains – all that survives. An important issue to consider, for those with a mind toward religious freedom and liberty, is that one of the intents in the establishment of a one-world government is the abolition of current religious ideologies in general and Christianity in particular. This will become apparent, as you discover some of the proclamations and declarations of one-world proponents. Some of the elements that will be contained within this exposé may, at first, seem fantastic and unbelievable. Let me assure you, truth is, indeed, stranger than fiction. To show that I am not alone in my comprehension and not the first to recognize the extent to which some men will go to rule others I offer a few quotes, such as this one, uttered in 1920 by Pope Benedict XV. “The coming of a world state is longed for, and confidently expected, by all the worst and most distorted elements. This state, based on the principles of absolute equality of men and a community of possessions, would banish all national loyalties. In it no acknowledgement would be made of the authority of a father over his children, or of God over human society. If these ideas are put into practice, there will inevitably follow a reign of unheard-of terror.” To make this a little more current; James Paul Warburg declared to the United States Senate on February 17, 1950: "We shall have World Government, whether or not we like it. The only question is whether World Government will be achieved by conquest or consent." James Paul Warburg (1896-1969) was the son of Paul Moritz Warburg, nephew of Felix Warburg and of Jacob Schiff, both of Kuhn, Loeb & Company that financed the Russian Revolution through James’ brother Max, banker to the government of Germany. More importantly, Paul Warburg was the man most prominent in the writing of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 that illegitimately and unconstitutionally controls America’s money creation and flow. The Federal Reserve System was necessary, as a precursor to the setting up of the equally illegitimate personal income tax. Under this system of taxation, every American citizen is intentionally burdened and controlled, except, of course, for those who impose the burden. They have established a system of financial privileges through which they exempt themselves from the burden of taxation. This will be discussed in numerous quotes, later, but for now, let it suffice to say, "The love of money is the root of all evil." (1Timothy 6:10) The World Government, of which Warburg was speaking, will result in a world without borders, national sovereignty, constitutions, personal privacy or autonomy, no individual liberties or religious freedoms, the elimination of private property and the right to bear arms. In short, the precious rights and liberties we now enjoy will no longer exist. Within a couple of generations, it will be as though they never did exist – at least, that’s how they intend for their plan to work out. However, one of the main intents of presenting this documentation is to show that their plan will not succeed – it will be cut short. (Please read the book of Matthew, Chapters 10 and 24 and the book of Luke, Chapter 13.) The reason their plan will fail, will not be because the oppressed masses rise up and overcome, as some of the popular conspiracy theorists proclaim. It will be because there is an entity that is far more powerful than they are and He is also in the process of establishing His kingdom and He WILL succeed. Please see the book of Daniel in the Old Testament of the Holy Bible, especially Chapters 2, and 7-12. In these chapters, you will find God’s perspective of history, how it will unfold and how it will end in the form of prophecy and declaration of purpose. You will also find that, thus far, He is 100% correct in his prophetic utterances. President John F. Kennedy stated, in an address to newspaper publishers at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City, April 27, 1961, “The very word 'secrecy' is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it…” “…we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence--on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. “Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.” Here are a couple of links, if you would like to read the speech in its entirety or hear it spoken in his own words. The societies of which President Kennedy spoke embrace One World Order goals; they include but are, by no means, limited to: The Illuminati, Club of Rome, the Bilderbergers, The Chatham House Study Group, also known as the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), founded 1919 in Great Britain and its sinister sister, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) established in America in 1921. The CFR is the largest group. The plans for these two groups were drawn up at the 1919 Paris Peace Conference. The RIIA was largely funded by the Astor family, The Rhodes Trust and certain British banks whilst the CFR was secretly supported through finance by JP Morgan & Co and various other funneling trusts. Chester Ward, Rear Admiral and former Navy Judge Advocate from 1956 through 1960 and a CFR member for 15 years, declared, “The main purpose of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is promoting the disarmament of U.S. sovereignty and national independence and submergence into an all powerful, one world government.” His attitude reflects the that of many military leaders who have sworn to uphold the United States Constitution, but constantly and consistently act in direct opposition to the fundamental standards that are contained within it – for national security, of course. There will be diverse worldviews examined in this documentation, including spiritual, philosophical, secular and humanistic perspectives that reveal that many different groups, each having their own desires and strategies to establish world dominance, are merging to accomplish their mutually beneficial goal(s) and "share the wealth." Sharing the wealth, in this case, means dividing up the world into manageable portions (regions) and sharing in the privilege of controlling one or more of those regions’ resources, including human resources. Each of them, falling prey to their insatiable desire to gain full control, will ultimately bring about, not only the demise of their fellow conspirators, but their own demise as well. God knows this. He knew it from the beginning – when Lucifer, the father of all that is evil and destructive, set out to become greater than God and rule, not only Earth, but also the universe. We will also be taking a look at a number of well-established biblical principles that are relevant regardless of whether or not a person believes that an all-powerful God exists, because they have influenced world development over all recorded ages of time. Most importantly, there are quotes from the pens and mouths of movers and shakers that have lived and governed over the centuries. These people are also known by some as or trendsetters, or perhaps, change agents. Some of them are openly active, but many of them operate behind the scenes, influencing traditions, dogma and systems of beliefs, new and old. Many of the influencing factors that have unfolded over time and which have been utilized in the carrying out of the plan for world governance have been, coincidental, accidental and unforeseeable. However, when opportunities present themselves, those who control the flow of finance and, therefore, influence, lend their talent to manipulate people, events and random occurrences to their benefit. To accentuate this point, here is an excerpt from a speech delivered in 1933, by Major General Smedley D. Butler, USMC. “WAR is a racket. It always has been. “It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives. “War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses. “I believe in adequate defense at the coastline and nothing else. If a nation comes over here to fight, then we'll fight. The trouble with America is that when the dollar only earns 6 percent over here, then it gets restless and goes overseas to get 100 percent. Then the flag follows the dollar and the soldiers follow the flag. “I wouldn't go to war again as I have done to protect some lousy investment of the bankers. There are only two things we should fight for. One is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights. War for any other reason is simply a racket. “There isn't a trick in the racketeering bag that the military gang is blind to. It has its "finger men" to point out enemies, its "muscle men" to destroy enemies, its "brain men" to plan war preparations, and a "Big Boss" Super-Nationalistic-Capitalism. “It may seem odd for me, a military man to adopt such a comparison. Truthfulness compels me to. I spent thirty- three years and four months in active military service as a member of this country's most agile military force, the Marine Corps. I served in all commissioned ranks from Second Lieutenant to Major-General. And during that period, I spent most of my time being a high class muscle- man for Big Business, for Wall Street and for the Bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. “I suspected I was just part of a racket at the time. Now I am sure of it. Like all the members of the military profession, I never had a thought of my own until I left the service. My mental faculties remained in suspended animation while I obeyed the orders of higher-ups. This is typical with everyone in the military service. “I helped make Mexico, especially Tampico, safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefits of Wall Street. The record of racketeering is long. I helped purify Nicaragua for the international banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909-1912 (Ed. where have I heard that name before?). I brought light to the Dominican Republic for American sugar interests in 1916. In China I helped to see to it that Standard Oil went its way unmolested. “During those years, I had, as the boys in the back room would say, a swell racket. Looking back on it, I feel that I could have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents.” “War is a Racket” was published in 1935 by Round Table Press, Inc., New York. It was, later, condensed, as a book supplement in Reader's Digest, with an introduction by Lowell Thomas, who praised Butler's “...moral as well as physical courage...” I strongly recommend that you follow the link, provided above, and read this book. It is very enlightening from an extremely dedicated career soldier. Simple examples of seeming innocence... There have been some, like Elvis Presley and John Wayne, for instance, who were inadvertent change agents because, while they lived, they greatly influenced many people and established new boundaries and trends in thinking and action. It may seem, on the surface, that the influence these men had on society was unintended, but a closer examination reveals that their careers and fame were influenced, guided and financed to characterize them in such a way as to work in concert with an overall master plan. Elvis aided in the breaking down of morality in America, through the globally controlled media that allowed him to openly express and even flaunt his sexuality, which helped to initiate a sexual revolution. It wasn’t his intention to do so, but because he had a unique talent and appealed to the sinful nature in mankind, he was manipulated and marketed into America’s societal psyche. John Wayne, believing himself to be a true patriot, helped to glorify war and establish an American mindset of world dominance by glorifying the belief that striving for peace through violence and death was not only acceptable and necessary, but also an honorable evil. Today, the popular cry is "support our troops." I have no problem with supporting the troops, indeed, I strongly desire to do so, but I cannot support the reasoning behind their deaths. Being placed in a pre-prepared situation where they must kill or be killed is a long way from the edict that states, "Thou shalt not kill." And this contrast pretty well illustrates the overall conspiracy to obscure God to the point where breaking His commandments, and willfully engaging in death and destruction, becomes an honorable and acceptable method of establishing peace. How absurd! "But if we don’t kill them, they will come and kill us." is the cry of many. Do they not realize that the "other side" is being told the same thing and the arsenals of both sides are financed by the same power that is behind the incessant, war-mongering voice of propaganda? A wise man once said, “in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.” (Ecclesiastes 1:18) I have found this to be true. So few of Earth’s inhabitants know what is about to befall them and with deep sorrow, I pray that their eyes might be opened to current events in the light of past history. There are those who are alert and aware to what is on the horizon, and many of them/us are attempting to warn others of the imminent danger, but few want to hear about anything that does not titillate their senses in a positive manner. They do not want to hear of danger. They want only smooth things to be spoken to them (Isaiah 30:9-18) and, if someone attempts to warn them of the danger that lies ahead, they respond by calling them paranoid or delusional. They want only peace and safety and do not realize that the world is not capable of being peaceful or safe. As long as sin exists, mankind is in peril. We are told to, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.” (1Peter 5:8) The reality behind this Scripture will become more and more evident, as time progresses and people come to realize that Satan is real and he is, indeed, devouring many. I realize that in revealing the fact that the situation is spiritual and, therefore, based in a belief in God and Satan and the battle that is going on between them, many people will be turned off and stop reading about here. Some believe that the spiritual realm does not exist and will continue to seek elsewhere for answers to life’s apparent problems with sin and evil, hoping to discover a solution that does not involve the true source of evil. To those, I say, I hope you do read on, because this will be a viewpoint that may answer a few questions that are, otherwise, unanswerable. The answers that so many are seeking, nowadays, are either found in accordance with the mind/reasoning of man (the large majority) or in the mind/reasoning of God, working in minds of those in whom He is allowed to work. Those who seek answers only in worldly reasoning will discover that many questions are unanswerable, while those who seek answers in the Word of God will be completely fulfilled. God promised that the Holy Spirit would guide His people into all truth and, from my point of reckoning, He is keeping that promise. While no one can know all things, God reveals to those who seek Him with all their heart, all that is necessary to know, for He has promised, "…ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart…" and if we find Him, we find the source of all knowledge. (See Jeremiah 29:13) Jesus said in John 17:3, “...this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” There is one principle that is very offensive to some, and that is the belief that every member of mankind, both male and female are in servitude to either God or Satan. Just as God is able to work in the minds of some to do good Satan is also able to work in the minds of others (the majority) to do evil. I will turn again and again to this principle, because it is predominant in regard to understanding the battle between good and evil. The Bible admonishes us I asking, "Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?" Romans 6:16 In regard to God’s unconditional love, He knows who ultimately will or will not yield fully to Him and inherit eternal life and He those loves even those who do not yield. He knows the hearts and minds of those who yield themselves as servants of Satan, but even in that, He knows that He will have victory, because yielding to a life of sin serves as proof that sin and evil exist. Consequently, it also makes it apparent that a remedy need be applied, and that remedy is Jesus. We live in a world, teeming with activity. People are running to a fro, some accomplishing much and others accomplishing little. Some travel daily to all tangents of the globe and others have traveled no more than 100 miles from where they were born. Some seem intent on running the world and others content with just getting by, enjoying family life and simple living. Some have minds filled with knowledge of history and an understanding of current world events, while others desire to know little or nothing more than the statistics of their favorite sports teams or the status of their favorite TV or movie stars. It seems that most people feel they are living meaningful lives – lives with purpose – even if those lives consist only of working nine-to-five jobs and raising families. This, in itself, can be enough to fill a person’s life with seeming joy and fulfillment and, for some, it is sufficient. For others, however, it is far from enough. Some come to realize that there is more to “life” than that and are inspired to search out the source of the “more.” Those who study true history (which is not the same view history that is taught in public, state-run schools) are becoming cognizant of many obvious evidences of the co-mingling of ideas and agendas, between individuals, groups, corporations, country leaders and global political (non-elected) people and private institutions and entities. Those who do not study or have an understanding of history, live their lives as though all things are as they must be and most everything "just happens/happened that way." The best word I have found that symbolize this attitude is "insouciance," because it has a range of meanings, each of which depict yet another facet of this state of mind. Those who are insouciant are often apathetic and complacent. The word is based in the French vernacular from the prefix, in-, meaning 'not' + souciant, which means 'worrying' and is often manifested in a cheerful feeling a person may have when nothing is troubling them. This can be a good thing, but if they are in imminent danger and don’t realize it, the feeling can be to their great disadvantage. On the positive side of the word, we find light-heartedness, cheerfulness - a feeling of spontaneous good spirits. For example, "His cheerfulness made everyone feel better." It can also be seen as indifference, jauntiness, airiness, breeziness, such as: "He replied with characteristic insouciance, “So what?” In the negative, it tends to lead a person to be careless, heedless, with casual unconcern or nonchalance. It is revealed in many, today, when they respond to a statement that they didn’t really want to hear with the one-word phrase, "whatever." I does go further, however, in that many are not only insouciant, but also develop a hateful or opposing attitude toward those who chose to not be insouciant. They hold, in contempt, those who experience a need to discover and share information that might prove that there has been, throughout history, complicity in regard to a plot to rule the world. In the following paragraphs, I will be introducing a wide range of considerations in regard to conspiratorial events that have, indeed, transpired over time and of which many are becoming aware. There are many that feel a need to develop and maintain a wider, worldview of things and I agree that a worldwide view is important. However, regardless of how wide their view of the world might be, if they do not also have an "other-world_ view, (See “God’s Encircling Realm”), they will still lack a basis for understanding of "why things are the way they are" and many perplexing questions will be left unanswered. World dominance, as we see it unfolding today, is not a "new" idea, as many assert when they use the term "New World Order." Actually, focusing on this viewpoint obscures the truth regarding world control and the existence of an evil intent lived out in the lives of corrupt men. Those who speak of tho plan for one world government being "new" reveals that there is still much they have to learn. My study methods and procedures exclude theorizing and the evidences and facts that I continue to gather, and chronologically list in this document, tell their own tale, usually from the lips or pen of those persons and/or incidents under consideration. It is not for me to judge or condemn, and I find that, "…God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God." (John 3:17-21) Schemes for world dominance have been a part of the human experience, since ancient times, and it can and will be seen that modern attempts are based upon refinements and improvements of earlier attempts that continue to unfold and expand. I propose that the current plan for one-world governance began in the Garden of Eden, when Satan was able to deceive Adam and Eve and, thereby, gain control of their minds and lure them into surrendering their spiritual/mental will and adopt his sinful, God-hating nature. This documentation will reveal that Lucifer is, indeed, real and many of those who have striven over centuries and those who are currently striving to establish a one-world government knowingly and admittedly yield to him and do his bidding. I’m not going to spend much time discussing the portion of history that is found only in Scripture, because the intent of this listing of events is to disclose past, recent past and, more importantly, a current, observable movement toward one-world governance. I do believe, however that I need to introduce a few thoughts as a basis for what I will be sharing in the coming paragraphs, regarding my personal spiritual perspective. It is my intent to simplify, but in doing so, I need to inject a basic understanding of the fact that there is a power behind every sinful and evil act. Personally, we cannot justify sinful activities by saying "the Devil made me do it," but in reality, Satan is the father of sin and its results. When Cain allowed Satan to induce into his thinking that it was imperative for him to murder his righteous brother, Able, it was actually Satan, using Cain to fulfill HIS purpose. It was by Cain’s hand that Able perished, but it was Satan’s desire, living and working in the mind of Cain that caused him to slay his righteous brother. While it may seem that there was no conspiracy involved, there was, indeed, a conspiracy. Satan conspired with Cain to accomplish the deed. It was a spiritual conspiracy that culminated in a physical act. Cain’s murder of Abel was not about monetary gain or establishing control over some possession or a piece of land. It was about exercising might over right. Just because a man is stronger and able to physically vanquish his enemy does not mean the he is right. However, it does, in a worldly sense, make him victor. The sinful, destructive nature of man has, throughout history, been revealed in man’s inhumane treatment of his fellow man and Cain’s hatred for and murder of his brother illustrates this point. Some contend that Cain come to this decision of his own volition. This can only be done, if they deny mankind’s fall into Sin and Cain’s willful act of choosing to succumb to the deception of Satan, instead of obeying the law of God, which declares, "Thou shalt not kill." Denying that God (and the issue of sin) exists, sets up a condition for establishing the fact that killing is not only acceptable, but that it is necessary and honorable, as mentioned before. The word kill, as regards God’s commandment, is based on a rendering of the Hebrew word râtsach (pronounced raw-tsakh), which means to dash to pieces, kill or murder. To kill with malice, is to murder, so murder is a closer rendering of the text. After Cain murdered Able, he was driven out and exiled from the society that dwelt outside the gate of Eden and Cain journeyed to the land of Nod in the East of Eden. He took a wife and began to establish a worldly kingdom, from which he would/could rule the entire world. The first great personage, after Nod that is recorded in Scripture is Nimrod, the builder of the Tower of Babel. During that era, there were actually only two a constant striving for dominance from divergent realms. Paul admonishes us in 2Thessalonians 2:1-4, saying, “Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.” Beginning with verse three, let’s look a little more closely at the issues of which Paul is warning us. First, just as Christ often did, while He was in our midst, Paul warns us of the fact that before the return of Christ, there would be deception. He tells us plainly that Christ would not return, until the "man of sin" is revealed (who is also called the son of perdition). Then, he gives us three attributes by which we may know who would represent the man of sin in those days. He would oppose God, 2) he would exalt himself above God (all that is called God) and 3) he would, as God, sit in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. These characteristics are very revealing, but only if one knows what the key terms in these texts mean. The Temple of God, in regard to a personal application, means our body. (1Corinthians 3:16 and 17) However, in this instance, it refers to the Temple of God, which is His church and He is warning us that someone (or some power representing the man of sin) is going to be claiming (pretending) that he is God. In doing so, he opposes and exalts himself above all that is called (represents) God. I could simply tell you who this personage is, currently, and who it was in times past, but it would be of little value to know at this point (and I will be disclosing it later in the discussion). Let it suffice for me to state, at this point, that it is more important to be able recognize the power behind the pretender, than it is to be able to recognize any particular individual. The power behind the man of sin spans millennia, whereas, individuals live only one lifetime and then pass from the scene to be succeeded by another, who carried on with the same agenda. Each and all of these, in succession, will oppose God and attempt to exalt themselves above Him. Throughout history and even more evidently so, today, organizations have interlocked their agendas to further a master plan that has existed for thousands of years. It has been evidenced in many, such as Alexander the Great, Emperor Charlemagne, Kaiser Wilhelm II and Adolf Hitler. However, please realize that these all attempted absolute rule over only a portion of the then-known world. Today, the plan is to rule over the entire Planet called Earth. All of this is done in secret. It must be done in secret, for if it were known, the plan could not hope to succeed. It is upon this consideration that I would like to focus as we observe and give heed to the claims of those who would dare to govern the Earth. There are many earlier periods of time, during which I might begin, for the plan to govern Earth began at the very beginning, with the deception of Adam and Eve, but, I am going to start at a more recent time – a time to which we can relate and during which evidence of complicity and conspiratorial activities abound. Although the current conspiracy began millennia earlier and the idea of world dominance has persisted for thousands of years, I am going to begin with a series of events that can be shown as very pivotal in marking the beginning of a plan that is now coming to fruition. The executors of the plan include many faces, both known and unknown, of men who are quite often content to work behind the scenes and many well-known organizations and personalities have been represented in the various phases of its operations. For the most part, the “Plan” or “Great Idea,” as it has been called by many, has found its greatest successes in secret societies and undisclosed associations. Today it is manifested in a history that reveals the Illuminati and Freemasonry and others, as will become apparent, working along side many other secret societies to promote the “current” plan to rule the world. Its workings have, again and again, been forced underground, but its descendants have preserved the ancient traditions (mysteries, they call them) that represent the inner doctrine(s) of a number of secret societies. While these secret societies and their many fellow conspirators are secretive and influential, many of them do not actually know of the disastrous and destructive intentions of their handlers. Many are lead to believe that their work will lead to a better, more stable world in which the masses will enjoy a peaceable existence and, therefore aid the evil intents of the secret societies, working together, with them, to form a one-world government. It will be discovered that the real intent is to eliminate God, and especially Christ, from mankind’s consciousness and to ostracize and demean all that/who represent(s) Him in the world in which we live. This is Satan’s unrelenting purpose and persistent desire. If he can do away with God, he can rule supreme. If he can get a great majority of the world’s population to deny and reject God vehemently (which he has, to a very large degree, apparently accomplished), he can, then, use them to eliminate those who desire and choose to serve God and manifest His righteousness to the world. The contrast between those who serve Satan and those who serve God will become increasingly apparent and increased opposition between good and evil will become more and more obvious. However, when people oppose God and those who choose to represent Him, it is not they, but the spirit that compels them that will be in evidence. The spirit of antichrist and the Spirit of Christ (the Holy Spirit) will battle with one another and by the fruits produced in the life, whether unto creative life, righteousness and godliness or unto death, destruction and ungodliness, our destinies will be determined. “...to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?” Romans 6:16 Deciding upon a point in time to begin this exposition has been difficult, because I could start at almost any point in past history. The importance is not in where we begin, but in a realization that regardless where we begin, it can be shown that exposing specific events, often results in focusing on specific people in history, but please understand that it is not my intent to condemn nor judge people. However, because of the nature of truth and of gaining a knowledge of it, people and their intent(s) being exposed, becomes a necessary and natural result – so my intent is a non-issue. When someone discovers facts and views evidence surrounding those facts, they are enabled to draw their own conclusions, so, regardless of what I may think or say, my conclusions will always remain secondary. It is my intent, however, to expose the spirit that guides them and to allow the fruits of their labors and the words from their own lips to be their testimony. We need to begin at some point, so let’s begin with a small rundown on an entity that has played the largest role in helping to set the stage for World Dominance — the world banking system. Reginald Mckenna, who lived from 1863 to 1943, was a very influential man in the world of money. He had a large part in the shaping of America’s monetary system. He was also Secretary to the Treasury (1903), President of the Board of Education (1907-08) First Lord of the Admiralty (1908-11), Home Secretary (1911-15) and Chancellor of the Exchequer (1915-16), Chairman of the Midland Bank (1918) who left the government after conscription was introduced.(1924) As a man in the know, he stated, close to the end of his life, “I am afraid the ordinary citizen will not like to be told that the banks can, and do, create money ... And they who control credit of the nation direct the policy of governments and hold in the hollow of their hands the destiny of the people.” In 1790, Mayer Amschel Rothschild, stated, “Let me issue and control a nation’s money and I care not who writes the laws.” In 1791, Rothschild did get control of a the United States Money through Alexander Hamilton, his agent in George Washington’s cabinet, and set up a central bank called the First Bank of the United States. It was established with a 20-year charter. During this same period, in 1773, Mayor Amschel Rothschild assembled twelve of his most influential friends in Frankfurt, Germany and convinced them that by pooling their resources, they could dominate the world. It was a time that abounded with possibilities, because the final frontier, America, had just begun to form and could be utilized as a powerful tool in formalizing and carrying out specific strategies that could be easily hidden and controlled. It was recognized that America could be used as both an ally and enemy of already controlled factions throughout the world. At Rothschild’s behest, he and his friends chose a man of incredible intelligence and ingenuity to head this organization. His name was Adam Weishaupt, a professor of Canon law that had converted to Catholicism and later became a Jesuit priest. Weishaupt was the Professor of Canon Law at the University of Ingolstadt in Bavaria, part of Germany. At the request of the investors, he abandoned the Catholic Church. With the financial backing of the international banking friends of Mayer Rothschild, Weishaupt (code named Spartacus) established a secret society, which they called the Order of the Illuminati, inaugurated on May 1, 1776. This is a year that is very significant in American history as the year the Declaration of Independence was signed. However, even as America was declaring independence and formulating its Constitution and Bill of Rights, "the illuminated ones" were planning its demise. 1811: The charter for the Rothschilds Bank of the United States runs out and Congress voted against the renewal. Nathan Mayer Rothschild is not amused and he states, “Either the application for renewal of the charter is granted, or the United States will find itself involved in a most disastrous war.” However the United States stands firm and the Charter is not renewed which causes Nathan Mayer Rothschild to issue another threat, “Teach those impudent American’s a lesson. Bring them back to colonial status.” 1812: Backed by Rothschild money, and Nathan Mayer Rothschild’s orders, the British declared war on the United States. The Rothschild’s plan was to build up such a debt in fighting this war that they would have to surrender to the Rothschilds and allow the charter for the Rothschild owned bank of the United States to be renewed. 1816: The American Congress passes a bill permitting yet another Rothschild dominated central bank, which gives the Rothschilds control of the American money supply again. This is called the Second Bank of the United States and is given a twenty year charter. The British War against America therefore ends with the deaths of thousands of British and American soldiers, but the Rothschild’s get their bank. 1832: President Andrew Jackson (the 7th President of the United States from 1829 to 1837), runs the campaign for his second term in office under the slogan “Jackson And No Bank!” This is in reference to his plan to take control of the American money system to benefit the American people, not for the profiteering of the Rothschilds. 1833: President Andrew Jackson starts removing the government’s deposits from the Rothschild controlled, Second Bank of the United States and instead deposits them into banks directed by democratic bankers. This causes the Rothschilds to panic and so they do what they do best, contract the money supply causing a depression. President Jackson knows what they are up to and later states, “You are a den of thieves and vipers, and I intend to rout you out, and by the Eternal God, I will rout you out.” 1835: On January 30, an assassin tries to shoot President Jackson, but miraculously both of the assassin’s pistols misfired. President Jackson later claimed that the Rothschilds were responsible for the attempted assassination. 1836: Following his years of fighting against the Rothschilds and their central bank in America, President Andrew Jackson finally succeeds in throwing the Rothschilds central bank out of America, when the bank’s charter is not renewed, 1841: President John Tyler (the 10th President of the United States From 1841 to 1845) vetoed the act to renew the charter for the Bank of the United States. He goes on to receive hundreds of letters threatening him with assassination. 1861: President Abraham Lincoln (16th President of the United States from 1860 till his assassination in 1865) approaches the big banks in New York to try to obtain loans to support the ongoing American Civil War. As these large banks were heavily under the influence of the Rothschilds, they offer him a deal they know he cannot accept, 24% to 36% interest on all monies loaned. Lincoln is very angry about the high level of interest so he prints his own debt free money and informs the public that this is now legal tender for both public and private debts. 1862: By April $449,338,902 worth of Lincoln’s debt free money (Greenbacks) has been printed and distributed. He states of this, “We gave the people of the republic the greatest blessing they ever had, their own paper money to pay their own debts.” 1863: President Abraham Lincoln discovers the Tsar of Russia, Alexander II (1855-1881), was having problems with the Rothschilds as well. He was refusing their continual attempts to set up a central bank in Russia. The Tsar then gives President Lincoln some unexpected help. The Tsar issued orders that if either England or France actively intervened in the American Civil War, and lent aid to the South, Russia would consider such action a declaration of war, and take the side of President Lincoln. As evidence of his committment, he sent part of his Pacific Fleet to a port in San Francisco and another part to New York. 1865: In a statement to Congress, President Abraham Lincoln states, “I have two enemies, the Southern Army in front of me, and the financial institutions in the rear. Of the two, the one in my rear is my greatest foe.” Later that year, on April 14, President Lincoln is assassinated, less than two months before the end of the American Civil War. 1881: President James A. Garfield (The 20th President of the United States who lasted only 100 days) states two weeks before he is assassinated, “Whoever controls the volume of money in our country is absolute master of all industry and commerce…when you realize that the entire system is very easily controlled, one way or another, by a few powerful men at the top, you will not have to be told how periods of inflation and depression originate.” 1913: The last and current central bank in America, the Federal Reserve, was set up during the presidency of Woodrow Wilson. Actually, it was the first act he performed in office and the main reason that the bankrs and their cohorts financed and supported his bid for the presidency and ovesaw his election. They needed him to do their bidding and establish the Federal Reserve System, so they could carry out the plan that is now coming to fruition in the U.S.A., that is, Breaking the middle class, and, thereby, establishing a society of only two classes; the rich and the poor. Since that time, the rich have gotten immeasurably richer and the poor have gottne increasingly poor. In 1917: The Rothschilds order the execution by the Bolsheviks they control, of Tsar Nicholas II and his entire family in Russia, even though the Tsar had already abdicated on March 2. This is both to get control of the country and an act of revenge for Tsar Alexander I blocking their world government plan in 1815 at the Congress of Vienna, and Tsar Alexander II siding with President Abraham Lincoln in 1864. 1963: On June 4th (the 35th President of the United States 1961-1963) signs Executive Order 11110 which returned to the U.S. government the power to issue currency, without going through the Federal Reserve. This was President John F. Kennedy and the history of his demise evidences the extent to which the International banker will go to retain control over America's currency. |

The insignia of the Order of the Illuminati, shown at left, first appeared on the reverse side of U.S. one-dollar bills in 1933. At the base of the 13-story pyramid is the year 1776 (MDCCLXVI in Roman numerals). Some believe this denotes the signing of the Declaration of Independence, but it does not. It actually signifies the establishment of the Illuminati in America and denotes that they are in control. The eye radiating in all directions is the “all-seeing eye” that symbolizes the terroristic, Gestapo-like, agency set up by Adam Weishaupt. During the Congress of Wilhemsbad in July of 1782, the Order of the Illuminati united its power with Freemasonry. The Comte de Virieu, an attendee at the Congress of Wilhemsbad, came away visibly shaken. When questioned about the “tragic secrets” he brought back with him, he replies: "I will not confide them to you. I can only tell you that all this is very much more serious than you think." From this time on, according to his biographer, “the Comte de Virieu could only speak of Freemasonry with horror.” In 1785, an Illuminati courier named Lanze was struck by lightning and killed, while traveling by horseback through the town of Ratisbon. When Bavarian officials examine the contents of his saddlebags, they discover the existence of the Order of the Illuminati, which includes plans detailing the coming French Revolution. The Bavarian Government attempts to alert the government of France of impending disaster, but the French Government fails to heed this warning. Bavarian officials arrest all members of the Illuminati they can find, but Weishaupt and others have gone underground, and cannot be found. In 1796, Freemasonry becomes a major issue of the presidential election in the United States. John Adams wins the election by opposing Freemasonry, and his son, John Quincy Adams, warns of the dire threat to the nation posed by the Masonic Lodges: “I do conscientiously and sincerely believe that the Order of Freemasonry, if not the greatest, is one of the greatest moral and political evils under which the Union is now laboring.” In 1797, John Robison, Professor of Natural History at Edinburgh University in Scotland, publishes a book entitled “Proofs of a Conspiracy” in which he reveals that Adam Weishaupt had attempted to recruit him. He exposes the diabolical aims of the Illuminati to the world. 1821 – George W. F. Hegel formulates what is called the Hegelian dialectic – the process by which Illuminati objectives are achieved. According to the Hegelian dialectic, thesis plus antithesis equals synthesis. In other words, first you foment a crisis. Then there is an enormous public outcry that something must be done about the problem. So, they, then, offer a solution that brings about the changes they intended to make all along and that people, initially would have been unwilling to accept. Allow me to jump forward a few years to cite something that will ably illustrate this Hegelian point. In an address at a Bilderberger meeting in Evian, France, on May 21, 1992, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger declared, “Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government.” 1828 – Mayer Amschel Rothschild, who finances the Illuminati, expresses his utter contempt for national governments which attempt to regulate International Bankers such as him: “Allow me to issue and control the money of a nation, and I care not who writes the laws.” Concerns for America were expressed as Congress extended a 20-year charter with the Bank of the United States – a private central bank. Andrew Jackson vigorously opposed efforts to strengthen the grasp of a central bank over the U.S. He called private banks a “den of vipers . . .” and in 1832 vetoed a bill to renew the charter. Thomas Jefferson warned, “If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.” How insightful! This is exactly what is happening today. While the New World Order’s history and its powerful influence are of great concern, the concern is shifting more and more each day from those who govern to those who are governed; people directly affected by the Order’s agenda. Over two thousand years ago, there were warnings of a one-world governmental system, a worldwide cashless monetary system and apostasy. (Ezekiel 37 and 38, Daniel 7, Matthew 10 and 24). Will it be our generation that is destined to confront the reality of biblical prophecy? Alexander Solzhenitsyn spoke of a turning point where our hierarchy of values may waiver or collapse: “The political crisis of today’s world and the oncoming spiritual crisis, are occurring simultaneously. It is our generation that will have to confront them.” (speech at AFL-CIO meeting, July 1975), as quoted in Christian Studies Center Worldview, October 1980). Should we think it strange that he mentions both the political crisis of today and the "oncoming" spiritual crisis as occurring simultaneously? I believe that he was simply stating a fact that he knew to be true. In the book of Revelation we are told, The Zionists (synagogue of Satan) are not real Jews by bloodline, but by conversion in around 740AD, became a part of the conspiracy in 1782. The Illuminati brought the Jews into this with the Rothschilds during that period. The Zionist Jews and the Royal Families that considers themselves in the Royal Bloodline don't recognize Jesus. They are still waiting on their messiah. So, opportunity presented itself. The Zionists, (formed in 1897), saw an opportunity by using the "American Pit Bull" as their vehicle to finally gain world domination and establish Jerusalem. Why the U.S. and Israel. The ancient Illuminati inside the Royal Families of Europe, the Satanic World Order, the Jesuits, Masons, Knights of Malta, would never entertain the Jewish culture to head their plans of world dictatorship. Hence, you have the Illuminati infighting with the same end goal in sight. Consider these bits of trivia: The Bush family is related to the Queen of England, Barrack Obama, Brad Pitt, Barbara Eden, Elvis Presley, Dick Cheney, Tom Hanks and many others. This is not to say that all of these people are complicit or that they constitute a conspiracy or anything of that nature, but simply that they are related and few probably realize it. Cheney, himself, admitted that he and Obama are cousins, during a CFR meeting. At that same time, he disclosed that he was the Director of the Council on Foreign Relations, when he ran for the U.S. Senate in Wyoming and won, but did not disclose that fact to his supporters or constituents, during his campaign or any time after, for that matter. Why did he not disclose this fact? Simple: it would have constituted an extreme conflict of interest and many congressmen and Senators operate under the same situation. Perhaps the greatest conflict of interest, at the highest level, (of which I am aware) took place when, on September 24, 2009, Obama became the first sitting U.S. President to preside over a meeting of the United Nations Security Council. This is a direct violation of the Constitution of the United States of America. A president of the United States is to set in no other position of ANY governmental body, while serving as president. Some may think that this act was not that important, but when one considers the precedent that was set, especially in light of the fact that the action was in dorect violationo f the constitution of the United States. The reason I mention this is to point out that bloodlines and relationships have played a big part in the ability to maintain secrecy. Just as in the Cosa Nostra (Mafia), the penalty for disclosure of family secrets is death, or worse. One must also realize that if a person is raised from birth, being told that they would one day rule the world (financially, militarily, politically, etc.) it would be somewhere between impossible and unimaginable that they would not grow up to “fulfill their destiny.≵ If they were also told that there is no God and they are the saviors of mankind, then their destiny would be seen as honorable, even if it meant that they would perpetrators of war and destruction as a means of gaining dominion over the “inept masses” or, as the masses are often referred to by the ruling class, “useless eaters.” The Bible teaches that the establishment of end-time kingdoms that pit themselves against God would be partly accomplished by intermarriage of the heads of countries, as recorded in Daniel 2:41-44, saying, The Bible speaks to us of this intermarriage/intermingling as it speaks of the intermingling of the nations of Europe through marriage, and it also states, They use doublespeak or, as some, just as correctly call it, backward speak. They use terms like confiscation, when they really mean theft; law, when they really mean control. Satan uses everyone he can (everyone that yields to his sophistries) as tools to accomplish his purposes – some even knowingly. Many of them believe they are at the pinnacle of the Luciferian hierarchy, having fallen prey to ego, pride. lust and greed, but they are just puppets, doing the bidding of the master, Lucifer ). The Ashkenazi Jews many know their role, although many do not, some orthodox jews believe the messiah has not come (Jesus was not him) many are also coming over to Jesus (as he said would occur in his 3 signs of his return). The rothschilds have manipulated their way to the top and are not true jews (Zionist israel - with ties to all three) the black pope heads the Jesuits and the Vatican (false religion). All based upon lies, deception and "backward think". There are three (3) main mechanisms in operation (at work) here Religious — Vatican — to cause all to worship the false god (Lucifer) Financial — centered in England — to enslave the entire planet in debt Military — Washington D.C. — currently being utilized as a base of operations to conquer the entire planet. Each of these operate under the false, non existent, corporate "fictitious entity" program (imaginary, make believe, not real, non existent, pick your phrase). The World Bank, the IMF, the BIS the UN, etc. are all part of this elaborate satanic trickery and slight of hand with the word LAW at their head. As Ayn Rand stated in Atlas Shrugged, “control ordinary men with LAWS” [paraphrasing] And, since they don't really exist, no one can be held accountable (plausible deniability - bush, see, eye, aye) "the invisible arm of satanism." The monarchy's bloodline is the one which has been protected by all of these entities (still true today). married and consorted into the danish bloodline as well (killed off all other bloodlines as they found necessary and saw fit, mainly through deception and manipulation or conflict and war). They have created a network and used herman goering's theory: of course the common man does not want war but, it is easy to bring the people to the bidding of the leaders, it is the same in any country whether a dictatorship, or a democracy [paraphrasing] (satan knows all the tricks). ALL OF THESE PEOPLE are Satan's pawns whether they realize it, or not (they are not doing anything) they carry out orders, they are dupes of evil. It is the spirit of evil which guides them there is no top man, or family, yet (but, there will be). They are setting up this entire "fictitious empire" for his coming AS IF, he were Jesus, the Messiah. The who, what, when, where, and how is all irrelevant in the "grand" scheme (and it is a scheme). The details are already clearly spelled out in the Holy Bible (and specifically; Revelation - to reveal) The dance they all dance it suffices to say is "LYERY" designed to present with the terminal mental psychosis "backward think" in susceptible individuals. Every person who believes their lies, even partially, is terminally, mentally ILL (most cannot be helped) God shall send a great delusion that they may believe a lie. There are some who are on the edge of the light of Jesus, peace, love, compassion, forgiveness and understanding (this is where our energy should be focused). Convincing the minions that Satanism is overtaking us all at an alarming rate is nearly fruitless (the masses will be deceived). These are the facts as Jesus has outlined them to us (12 witnesses passed this on to all generations) Speculation is what they do (as Christians we do not have to speculate). Its not about who plays what role (you shall know a tree by it's fruit; Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing). 1848 — Moses Mordecai Marx Levy, alias Karl Marx, writes “The Communist Manifesto.” Marx is a member of an Illuminati front organization called the League of the Just. He not only advocates economic and political changes; he advocates moral and spiritual changes as well. He believes the family should be abolished, and that all children should be raised by a central authority. He expresses his attitude toward God by saying: “We must war against all prevailing ideas of religion, of the state, of country, of patriotism. The idea of God is the keynote of a perverted civilization. It must be destroyed.”
Jan. 22, 1870 – In a letter to Italian revolutionary leader Giuseppe Mazzini, Albert Pike – Sovereign Grand Commander of the Southern Jurisdiction of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry – announces the establishment of a secret society within a secret society: "We must create a super rite, which will remain unknown, to which we will call those Masons of high degree of whom we shall select. With regard to our brothers in Masonry, these men must be pledges to the strictest secrecy. Through this supreme rite, we will govern all Freemasonry which will become the one international center, the more powerful because its direction will be unknown." This ultra-secret organization is called The New and Reformed Paladian Rite. (This is why about 95% of the men involved in Masonry don't have a clue as to what the objectives of the organization actually are. 1875 – Russian occultist Helena Petrovna Blavatsky founds the Theosophical Society. Madame Blavatsky claims that Tibetan holy men in the Himilayas, whom she refers to as the Masters of Wisdom, communicated with her in London by telepathy. She insists that the Christians have it all backwards – that Satan is good, and God is evil. She writes: "The Christians and scientists must be made to respect their Indian betters. The Wisdom of India, her philosophy and achievement, must be made known in Europe and America." 1884 – The Fabian Society is founded in Great Britain to promote Socialism. The Fabian Society takes its name from the Roman General Fabius Maximus, who fought Hannibal's army in small debilitating skirmishes, rather than attempting one decisive battle. July 14, 1889 – Albert Pike issues instructions to the 23 Supreme Councils of the world. He reveals who is the true object of Masonic worship: "To you, Sovereign Grand Instructors General, we say this, that you may repeat it to the Brethren of the 32nd, 31st and 30th degrees: The Masonic religion should be, by all of us initiates of the high degrees, maintained in the purity of the Luciferian doctrine." During 1890-1896, Cecil Rhodes, an enthusiastic student of John Ruskin, was Prime Minister of South Africa, a British colony at the time. He is able to exploit and control the gold and diamond wealth of South Africa. He works to bring all the habitable portions of the world under the domination of a ruling elite. To that end, he uses a portion of his vast wealth to establish the famous Rhodes Scholarships. 1893 – The Theosophical Society sponsors a Parliament of World Religions held in Chicago. The purpose of the convention is to introduce Hindu and Buddhist concepts, such as belief in reincarnation, to the West. 1911 – The Socialist Party of Great Britain publishes a pamphlet entitled "Socialism and Religion" in which they clearly state their position on Christianity: "It is therefore a profound truth that Socialism is the natural enemy of religion. A Christian Socialist is in fact an anti-Socialist. Christianity is the antithesis of Socialism." In 1912, Colonel Edward Mandell House, a close advisor of President Woodrow Wilson, publishes "Phillip Dru: Administrator", in which he promotes "socialism as dreamed of by Karl Marx." Feb. 3, 1913 – The 16th Amendment was added to the U.S. Constitution, making it possible for the Federal Government to impose a progressive income tax, is ratified. Plank #2 of "The Communist Manifesto" called for a progressive income tax and now, in America, it had been accomplished. (In Canada, the income tax is introduced in 1917, as a "temporary measure" to finance the war effort.) In 1913, prior to the passage of the Federal Reserve Act President Wilson's The New Freedom was published, in which he revealed: "Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men's views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the U. S., in the field of commerce and manufacturing, are afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it." On Dec. 23, 1913, the Federal Reserve System of banking was signed into law by congress as the Federal Reserve Act. The Federal Reserve is neither federal nor a reserve – it is a privately owned banking institution that answers to no one in government. This transferred the power to create money from the American government to a private group of bankers. It is probably the largest generator of debt in the world. It is a system of banking with the New York Federal Reserve at its head and branch banks situated throughout the United States. All banks, even the small, local banks in rural areas are controlled by the Federal Reserve System (FED). This was all planned far in advance of a secret meeting in 1910 on Jekyl Island, off the coast of Georgia, by a group of bankers and politicians, including Colonel House. The main draft of the Federal Reserve Act was written by Paul Warburg, who had come to America just a few years prior at the behest of his brother, who at the same time, was head of the central banking system in Europe. The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 transferred the power to create money from the American Government (Congress) to a private group of bankers, which was, in fact, an illegal and unconstitutional "ACT." The Federal Reserve Act was hastily passed just before the Christmas break, when only a small portion of congress was present. It was very carefully orchestrated, so that only those who desired its passage would be present for the vote. Congressman Charles A. Lindbergh Sr. (father of the famed aviator) warned: "This act establishes the most gigantic trust on earth. When the President signs this act the invisible government by the money power, proven to exist by the Money Trust Investigation, will be legalized." In 1916, just three years after signing the Federal Reserve Act into law, President Woodrow Wilson observes: "I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world. No longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men." In 1917, with aid from financiers in New York City and London, V. I. Lenin is able to overthrow the government of Russia. Lenin later comments on the apparent contradiction of the links between prominent capitalists and Communism: "There also exists another alliance – at first glance a strange one, a surprising one – but if you think about it, in fact, one which is well grounded and easy to understand. This is the alliance between our Communist leaders and your capitalists." (Remember the Hegelian dialectic?) On May 30, 1919, prominent British and American political figures establish the Royal Institute of International Affairs in England and the Institute of International Affairs in the U.S. at a meeting arranged by Colonel House; attended by various Fabian socialists, including noted economist John Maynard Keynes. Two years later, Col. House reorganizes the Institute of International Affairs into what has, since that time, been called the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). In 1920, Britain's Winston Churchill comes to recognize the connection between the Illuminati and the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia. He observes: "From the days of Spartacus-Weishaupt to those of Karl Marx, to those of Trotsky, Bela Kun, Rosa Luxembourg, and Emma Goldman, this world-wide conspiracy for the overthrow of civilization and for the reconstitution of society on the basis of arrested development, of envious malevolence and impossible equality, has been steadily growing. It played a definitely recognizable role in the tragedy of the French Revolution. It has been the mainspring of every subversive movement during the nineteenth century, and now at last this band of extraordinary personalities from the underworld of the great cities of Europe and America have gripped the Russian people by the hair of their heads, and have become practically the undisputed masters of that enormous empire." Between 1920-1931, Louis T. McFadden was Chairman of the House Committee on Banking and Currency. Concerning the Federal Reserve, Congressman McFadden notes: "When the Federal Reserve Act was passed, the people of these United States did not perceive that a world banking system was being set up here. A super-state controlled by International Bankers and international industrialists acting together to enslave the world for their own pleasure. Every effort has been made by the Fed to conceal its powers, but the truth is – the Fed has usurped the Government. It controls everything here, and it controls all our foreign relations. It makes and breaks governments at will." Concerning the Great Depression and the country's acceptance of FDR's New Deal, he asserts: "It was no accident. It was a carefully contrived occurrence. The International Bankers sought to bring about a condition of despair here so they might emerge as the rulers of us all." In 1921, Col. House reorganizes the American branch of the Institute of International Affairs into the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). (For the past 60 years, 80% of the top positions in every administration, whether Democrat or Republican, have been occupied by members of the Council on Foreign Relations. This is especially true of the last four (4) administrations of George H. W. Bush, William Clinton, George W. Bush and even more alarmingly so under Obama. In the December 15, 1922 issue of its "Foreign Affairs" magazine, the CFR endorses World Government. Author Philip Kerr states: "Obviously there is going to be no peace nor prosperity for mankind as long as the earth remains divided into 50 or 60 independent states, until some kind of international system is created. The real problem today is that of world government." In 1928, "The Open Conspiracy: Blue Prints for a World Revolution" by H. G. Wells is published. Wells, a former Fabian socialist, writes: "The political world of the Open Conspiracy must weaken, efface, incorporate, and supersede existing governments. The Open Conspiracy is the natural inheritor of socialist and communist enthusiasms; it may be in control of Moscow before it is in control of New York. The character of the Open Conspiracy will now be plainly displayed. It will be a world religion." 1931 -- Students at the Lenin School of Political Warfare in Moscow are taught: "One day we shall start to spread the most theatrical peace movement the world has ever seen. The capitalist countries, stupid and decadent ... will fall into the trap offered by the possibility of making new friends. Our day will come in 30 years or so... The bourgeoisie must be lulled into a false sense of security." 1931 -- In a speech to the Institute for the Study of International Affairs at Copenhagen, historian Arnold Toyee said: "We are at present working discreetly with all our might to wrest this mysterious force called sovereignty out of the clutches of the local nation states of the world. All the time we are denying with our lips what we are doing with our hands...." 1932 -- Plan for Peace by American Birth Control League founder Margaret Sanger (1921) is published. She calls for coercive sterilization, mandatory segregation, and rehabilitative concentration camps for all "dysgenic stocks" including Blacks, Hispanics, American Indians and Catholics. 1932 --New books are published urging World Order: Toward Soviet America by William Z. Foster. Head of the Communist Party USA, Foster indicates that a National Department of Education would be one of the means used to develop a new socialist society in the U.S. The New World Order by F.S. Marvin, describing the League of Nations as the first attempt at a New World Order. Marvin says, "nationality must rank below the claims of mankind as a whole." Dare the School Build a New Social Order? is published. Educator author George Counts asserts that: "... the teachers should deliberately reach for power and then make the most of their conquest" in order to "influence the social attitudes, ideals and behavior of the coming generation... The growth of science and technology has carried us into a new age where ignorance must be replaced by knowledge, competition by cooperation, trust in Providence by careful planning and private capitalism by some form of social economy." In 1933, the first Humanist Manifesto is published. Co-author John Dewey, the noted philosopher and educator (Remember the Dewey decimal system that was instituted in all U.S. Libraries?), calls for a synthesizing of all religions and "a socialized and cooperative economic order." Co-signer C.F. Potter said in 1930: "Education is thus a most powerful ally of humanism, and every American public school is a school of humanism. What can the theistic Sunday schools, meeting for an hour once a week, teaching only a fraction of the children, do to stem the tide of a five-day program of humanistic teaching?" Also in 1933, "The Shape of Things to Come" by H. G. Wells is published. Wells predicts a second world war around 1940, originating from a German-Polish dispute. He also states that, after 1945, there would be an increasing lack of public safety in "criminally infected" areas. The plan for the "Modern World State" would succeed on its third attempt, and come out of something that occurred in Basra, Iraq. The book also states: "Although world government had been plainly coming for some years, although it had been endlessly feared and murmured against, it found no opposition anywhere." On November 21, 1933, President Franklin Roosevelt wrote a letter to Colonel Edward Mandell House, President Woodrow Wilson's close advisor, in which he stated, "The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson... " 1934 -- The Externalization of the Hierarchy by Alice A. Bailey is published. Bailey is an occultist, whose works are channeled from a spirit guide, the Tibetan Master [demon spirit] Djwahl Kuhl. Bailey uses the phrase "points of light" in connection with a "New Group of World Servers" and claims that 1934 marks the beginning of "the organizing of the men and women... group work of a new order... [with] progress defined by service... the world of the Brotherhood... the Forces of Light... [and] out of the spoliation of all existing culture and civilization, the new world order must be built." Alice Bailey’s book was published by the Lucis Trust, incorporated originally in New York as the Lucifer Publishing Company. Lucis Trust is a United Nations NGO (non-governmental organization) and has been a major player at the recent U.N. summits. Later Assistant Secretary General of the U.N. Robert Mueller would credit the creation of his World Core Curriculum for education to the underlying teachings of Djwahl Kuhl via Alice Bailey's writings on the subject. October 28, 1939 -- In an address by John Foster Dulles, later U.S. Secretary of State, he proposes that America lead the transition to a new order of less independent, semi-sovereign states bound together by a league or federal union. 1939 -- New World Order by H. G. Wells proposes a collectivist one-world state"' or "new world order" comprised of "socialist democracies." He advocates "universal conscription for service" and declares that "nationalist individualism... is the world's disease." He continues: "The manifest necessity for some collective world control to eliminate warfare and the less generally admitted necessity for a collective control of the economic and biological life of mankind, are aspects of one and the same process." He proposes that this be accomplished through "universal law" and propaganda (or education)." 1940 -- The New World Order is published by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and contains a select list of references on regional and world federation, together with some special plans for world order after the war. December 12, 1940 -- In The Congressional Record an article entitled A New World Order John G. Alexander calls for a world federation. 1942 -- The leftist Institute of Pacific Relations publishes Post War Worlds by P.E. Corbett: "World government is the ultimate aim... It must be recognized that the law of nations takes precedence over national law... The process will have to be assisted by the deletion of the nationalistic material employed in educational textbooks and its replacement by material explaining the benefits of wiser association." In a March 1942 article in "TIME" magazine is chronicled an account of the Federal Council of Churches, which later becomes the National Council of Churches and is a member of the World Council of Churches, announcing its support and willingness to commit its efforts to establishing a global authority. Representatives (375 of them) representing over 30 denominations assert that "a new order of economic life is both imminent and imperative" – a new order that is sure to come either "through voluntary cooperation within the framework of democracy or through explosive revolution." June 28, 1945 – U.S. President Harry Truman endorses world government in a speech: "It will be just as easy for nations to get along in a republic of the world as it is for us to get along in a republic of the United States." October 24, 1945 – The United Nations Charter becomes effective. Also on October 24, Senator Glen Taylor (D-Idaho) introduces Senate Resolution 183, calling upon the U.S. Senate to go on record as favoring creation of a world republic, including an international police force. In 1946, Alger Hiss is elected President of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Hiss holds this office until 1949. Early in 1950, he is convicted of perjury and sentenced to prison after a sensational trial and Congressional hearing in which Whittaker Chambers, a former senior editor of Time, testifies that Hiss was a member of his Communist Party cell. 1946 -- The Teacher and World Government by former editor of the NEA Journal (National Education Association) Joy Elmer Morgan is published. He says: "In the struggle to establish an adequate world government, the teacher... can do much to prepare the hearts and minds of children for global understanding and cooperation... At the very heart of all the agencies which will assure the coming of world government must stand the school, the teacher, and the organized profession." 1947 -- The American Education Fellowship, formerly the Progressive Education Association, organized by John Dewey, calls for the: "... establishment of a genuine world order, an order in which national sovereignty is subordinate to world authority... " October, 1947 -- NEA Associate Secretary William Carr writes in the NEA Journal that teachers should: "... teach about the various proposals that have been made for the strengthening of the United Nations and the establishment of a world citizenship and world government." 1948 -- Walden II, by behavioral psychologist B.F. Skinner, proposes "a perfect society or new and more perfect order" in which children are reared by the State, rather than by their parents and are trained from birth to demonstrate only desirable behavior and characteristics. Skinner's ideas would be widely implemented by educators in the 1960s, 70s, and 80s as Values Clarification and Outcome Based Education. July, 1948 -- Britain's Sir Harold Butler, in the CFR's Foreign Affairs magazine, sees "a New World Order" taking shape: "How far can the life of nations, which for centuries have thought of themselves as distinct and unique, be merged with the life of other nations? How far are they prepared to sacrifice a part of their sovereignty without which there can be no effective economic or political union?... Out of the prevailing confusion a new world is taking shape... which may point the way toward the new order... That will be the beginning of a real United Nations, no longer crippled by a split personality, but held together by a common faith." 1948 -- UNESCO president and Fabian Socialist, Sir Julian Huxley, calls for a radical eugenic policy in UNESCO: Its Purpose and Its Philosophy. He states: "Thus, even though it is quite true that any radical eugenic policy of controlled human breeding will be for many years politically and psychologically impossible, it will be important for UNESCO to see that the eugenic problem is examined with the greatest care and that the public mind is informed of the issues at stake that much that is now unthinkable may at least become thinkable." 1948 -- The preliminary draft of a World Constitution is published by U.S. educators advocating regional federation on the way toward world federation or government with England incorporated into a European federation. The Constitution provides for a "World Council" along with a "Chamber of Guardians" to enforce world law. Also included is a "Preamble" calling upon nations to surrender their arms to the world government, and includes the right of this "Federal Republic of the World" to seize private property for federal use. Feb. 7, 1950 – International financier and CFR member James Warburg tells a Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee: "We shall have world government whether or not you like it - by conquest or consent." Feb. 9, 1950 – The Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee introduces Senate Concurrent Resolution #66 which begins: "Whereas, in order to achieve universal peace and justice, the present Charter of the United Nations should be changed to provide a true world government constitution." The resolution was first introduced in the Senate on September 13, 1949 by Senator Glen Taylor (D-Idaho). Senator Alexander Wiley (R-Wisconsin) called it "a consummation devoutly to be wished for" and said, "I understand your proposition is either change the United Nations, or change or create, by a separate convention, a world order." Senator Taylor later stated: "We would have to sacrifice considerable sovereignty to the world organization to enable them to levy taxes in their own right to support themselves." April 12, 1952 -- John Foster Dulles, later to become Secretary of State, says in a speech to the American Bar Association in Louisville, Kentucky, that "treaty laws can override the Constitution." He says treaties can take power away from Congress and give them to the President. They can take powers from the States and give them to the Federal Government or to some international body and they can cut across the rights given to the people by their constitutional Bill of Rights. A Senate amendment, proposed by GOP Senator John Bricker, would have provided that no treaty could supersede the Constitution, but it fails to pass by one vote. Also in 1952, The World Association of Parliamentarians for World Government draws up a map designed to illustrate how foreign troops would occupy and police the six regions into which the United States and Canada will be divided as part of their world-government plan. In 1954, Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands establishes the Bilderbergers: international politicians and bankers who meet secretly on an annual basis. In 1961, the U.S. State Department issues Document 7277, entitled "Freedom From War: The U.S. Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World." It details a three-stage plan to disarm all nations and arm the U.N. with the final stage in which "no state would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force." 1954 -- H. Rowan Gaither, Jr., President - Ford Foundation said to Norman Dodd of the Congressional Reese Commission: "... all of us here at the policy-making level have had experience with directives... from the White House... . The substance of them is that we shall use our grant-making power so as to alter our life in the United States that we can be comfortably merged with the Soviet Union." 1954 -- Senator William Jenner said: "Today the path to total dictatorship in the United States can be laid by strictly legal means, unseen and unheard by the Congress, the President, or the people... outwardly we have a Constitutional government. We have operating within our government and political system, another body representing another form of government, a bureaucratic elite which believes our Constitution is outmoded and is sure that it is the winning side.... All the strange developments in the foreign policy agreements may be traced to this group who are going to make us over to suit their pleasure.... This political action group has its own local political support organizations, its own pressure groups, its own vested interests, its foothold within our government, and its own propaganda apparatus." 1958 -- World Peace through World Law is published, where authors Grenville Clark and Louis Sohn advocate using the U.N. as a governing body for the world, world disarmament, a world police force and legislature. 1959 -- The Council on Foreign Relations calls for a New International Order Study Number 7, issued on November 25, advocated: "... new international order [which] must be responsive to world aspirations for peace, for social and economic change... an international order... including states labeling themselves as 'socialist' [communist]." 1959 -- The World Constitution and Parliament Association is founded which later develops a Diagram of World Government under the Constitution for the Federation of Earth. 1959 -- The Mid-Century Challenge to U.S. Foreign Policy is published, sponsored by the Rockefeller Brothers' Fund. It explains that the U.S.: "... cannot escape, and indeed should welcome... the task which history has imposed on us. This is the task of helping to shape a new world order in all its dimensions -- spiritual, economic, political, social." September 9, 1960 -- President Eisenhower signs Senate Joint Resolution 170, promoting the concept of a federal Atlantic Union. Pollster and Atlantic Union Committee treasurer, Elmo Roper, later delivers an address titled, The Goal Is Government of All the World, in which he states: "…it becomes clear that the first step toward World Government cannot be completed until we have advanced on the four fronts: the economic, the military, the political and the social." 1961 -- The U.S. State Department issues a plan to disarm all nations and arm the United Nations. State Department Document Number 7277 is entitled Freedom From War: The U.S. Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World. It details a three-stage plan to disarm all nations and arm the U.N. with the final stage in which "…no state would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force." March 1, 1962 -- Sen. Clark speaking on the floor of the Senate about PL 87-297 which calls for the disbanding of all armed forces and the prohibition of their re-establishment in any form whatsoever. "... This program is the fixed, determined and approved policy of the government of the United States." 1962 -- New Calls for World Federalism. In a study titled, A World Effectively Controlled by the United Nations, CFR member Lincoln Bloomfield states: "... if the communist dynamic was greatly abated, the West might lose whatever incentive it has for world government." The Future of Federalism by author Nelson Rockefeller is published. The one-time Governor of New York, claims that current events compellingly demand a "new world order," as the old order is crumbling, and there is "a new and free order struggling to be born." Rockefeller says there is: "…a fever of nationalism... [but] the nation-state is becoming less and less competent to perform its international political tasks....These are some of the reasons pressing us to lead vigorously toward the true building of a new world order... [with] voluntary service... and our dedicated faith in the brotherhood of all mankind.... Sooner perhaps than we may realize... there will evolve the bases for a federal structure of the free world." 1963 -- J. William Fulbright, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee speaks at a symposium sponsored by the Fund for the Republic, a left-wing project of the Ford Foundation: "The case for government by elites is irrefutable... government by the people is possible but highly improbable." 1964 -- Taxonomy of Educational Objectives, Handbook II is published. Author Benjamin Bloom states: ‘"... a large part of what we call 'good teaching' is the teacher's ability to attain affective objectives through challenging the students’ fixed beliefs." His Outcome-Based Education (OBE) method of teaching would first be tried as Mastery Learning in Chicago schools. After five years, Chicago students' test scores had plummeted causing outrage among parents. OBE would leave a trail of wreckage wherever it would be tried and under whatever name it would be used. At the same time, it would become crucial to globalists for overhauling the education system to promote attitude changes among school students. 1964 -- Visions of Order by Richard Weaver is published. He describes: "…progressive educators as a ‘revolutionary cabal’ engaged in ‘a systematic attempt to undermine society's traditions and beliefs.’" 1966 – Professor Carroll Quigley, Bill Clinton's mentor at Georgetown University, authors a massive volume entitled "Tragedy and Hope" in which he states: "There does exist and has existed for a generation, an international network which operates, to some extent, in the way the radical right believes the Communists act. In fact, this network, which we may identify as the Round Table Groups, has no aversion to cooperating with the Communists, or any other groups, and frequently does so. I know of the operations of this network because I have studied it for twenty years and was permitted for two years, in the early 1960s, to examine its papers and secret records. I have no aversion to it or to most of its aims, and have, for much of my life, been close to it and to many of its instruments. I have objected, both in the past and recently, to a few of its policies, but in general my chief difference of opinion is that it wishes to remain unknown, and I believe its role in history is significant enough to be known." 1967 -- Richard Nixon calls for a New World Order. In Asia after Vietnam, in the October issue of Foreign Affairs, Nixon writes of nations’ dispositions to evolve regional approaches to development needs and to the evolution of a "new world order." 1968 -- Joy Elmer Morgan, former editor of the NEA Journal publishes The American Citizens Handbook in which he says: "the coming of the United Nations and the urgent necessity that it evolve into a more comprehensive form of world government places upon the citizens of the United States an increased obligation to make the most of their citizenship which now widens into active world citizenship." July 26, 1968 -- Nelson Rockefeller pledges support of the New World Order. In an Associated Press report, Rockefeller pledges that, "as President, he would work toward international creation of a new world order." 1970 -- Education and the mass media promote world order. In "Thinking About a New World Order for the Decade 1990," author Ian Baldwin, Jr. asserts that: "... the World Law Fund has begun a worldwide research and educational program that will introduce a new, emerging discipline -- world order -- into educational curricula throughout the world... and to concentrate some of its energies on bringing basic world order concepts into the mass media again on a worldwide level." 1972 -- President Nixon visits China. In his toast to Chinese Premier Chou En-lai, former CFR member and now President, Richard Nixon, expresses "the hope that each of us has to build a new world order." In April 1972, in his keynote address to the Association for Childhood Education International, Chester M. Pierce, Professor of Education and Psychiatry in the Faculty of Medicine at Harvard University, proclaims: "Every child in America entering school at the age of five is insane because he comes to school with certain allegiances toward our founding fathers, toward his parents, toward a belief in a supernatural being. It's up to you, teachers, to make all of these sick children well by creating the international child of the future." On May 18, 1972, speaking of the coming of world government, Roy M. Ash, director of the Office of Management and Budget, declares that: "within two decades the institutional framework for a world economic community will be in place... [and] aspects of individual sovereignty will be given over to a supernational authority." July 1973 – International banker and staunch member of the subversive Council on Foreign Relations, David Rockefeller, founds a new organization called the Trilateral Commission, of which the official aim is "…to harmonize the political, economic, social, and cultural relations between the three major economic regions in the world." (hence the name "Trilateral"). He invites future President Jimmy Carter to become one of the founding members, and as the organization's first director, he chooses Zbigniew Brzezinski, who later, conveniently becomes National Security Advisor to President Carter. There are three major economic areas in the world: Europe, North America, and the Far East (Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, etc.). If, under the pretext of having to join forces to be able to face economic competition with the two other economic regions, the member countries of each of these three regions decide to merge into one single country, forming three super-States, then the one-world government will be almost achieved. Like Fabian socialists, they achieve their ultimate goal (a world government) step by step. This aim is almost achieved in Europe with the Single European Act (Maastricht Treaty) that was implemented in 1993, requiring all the member countries of the European Community to abolish their trade barriers, and to hand over their monetary and fiscal policies to the technocrats of the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium. In January, 2002, all these European countries abandoned their national currencies to share only one common currency, the "Euro". Moreover, the Nice Treaty removed more powers from countries to give them over to the European Commission. What begun innocently in 1952 as the EEC (European Economic Community, a common authority to regulate the coal and steel industry among European nations), finally turned into a European super-state. Jean Monnet, a French socialist economist and founder of the EEC, had this in mind when he said: "Political union inevitably follows economic union." He also said in 1948: "The creation of a United Europe must be regarded as an essential step towards the creation of a United World." As regards the North American area, the merger of its member countries is well under way with the passage of free trade between Canada and the U.S.A., and then Mexico. In the next few years, this free-trade agreement is supposed to include also all of South and Central America, with a single currency for them all. Mexico's President Vucente Fox said on May 6, 2002, in Madrid: "Eventually, our long-range objective is to establish with the United States, but also with Canada, our other regional partner, an ensemble of connections and institutions similar to those created by the European Union." In 1973, Humanist Manifesto II is published: "The next century can be and should be the humanistic century... we stand at the dawn of a new age... a secular society on a planetary scale.... As non-theists we begin with humans not God, nature not deity... we deplore the division of humankind on nationalistic grounds.... Thus we look to the development of a system of world law and a world order based upon transnational federal government.... The true revolution is occurring." Also, in 1973, The Club of Rome, a U.N. operative, issues a report entitled "Regionalized and Adaptive Model of the Global World System." This report divides the entire world into ten kingdoms or regions. April, 1974 -- Former U. S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Trilateralist and CFR member Richard Gardner's article The Hard Road to World Order is published in the CFR's Foreign Affairs where he states that: "the 'house of world order' will have to be built from the bottom up rather than from the top down... but an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault." 1974 -- The World Conference of Religion for Peace, held in Louvain, Belgium is held. Douglas Roche presents a report entitled We Can Achieve a New World Order. The U.N. calls for wealth redistribution: In a report entitled New International Economic Order, the U.N. General Assembly outlines a plan to redistribute the wealth from the rich to the poor nations. 1975 -- A study titled, A New World Order, is published by the Center of International Studies, Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Studies, Princeton University. 1975 -- In Congress, 32 Senators and 92 Representatives sign A Declaration of Interdependence, written by historian Henry Steele Commager. The Declaration states that: "We must join with others to bring forth a new world order... Narrow notions of national sovereignty must not be permitted to curtail that obligation." Congresswoman Marjorie Holt refuses to sign the Declaration saying: "It calls for the surrender of our national sovereignty to international organizations. It declares that our economy should be regulated by international authorities. It proposes that we enter a ‘new world order’ that would redistribute the wealth created by the American people." 1975 -- Retired Navy Admiral Chester Ward, former Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Navy and former CFR member, writes in a critique that the goal of the CFR is the "submergence of U. S. sovereignty and national independence into an all powerful one-world government... " 1975 -- Kissinger on the Couch is published. Authors Phyllis Schlafly and former CFR member Chester Ward state: "Once the ruling members of the CFR have decided that the U.S. government should espouse a particular policy, the very substantial research facilities of the CFR are put to work to develop arguments, intellectual and emotional, to support the new policy and to confound, discredit, intellectually and politically, any opposition... " 1976 -- RIO: Reshaping the International Order is published by the globalist Club of Rome, calling for a new international order, including an economic redistribution of wealth. 1977 -- The Third Try at World Order is published. Author Harlan Cleveland of the Aspen Institute for Humanistic Studies calls for: "changing Americans' attitudes and institutions" for "complete disarmament (except for international soldiers)" and "for individual entitlement to food, health and education." 1977 -- Imperial Brain Trust by Laurence Shoup and William Minter is published. The book takes a critical look at the Council on Foreign Relations with chapters such as: Shaping a New World Order: The Council's Blueprint for Global Hegemony, 1939-1944 and Toward the 1980's: The Council's Plans for a New World Order. 1977 -- The Trilateral Connection appears in the July edition of Atlantic Monthly. Written by Jeremiah Novak, it says: "For the third time in this century, a group of American schools, businessmen, and government officials is planning to fashion a New World Order... " 1977 -- Leading educator Mortimer Adler publishes Philosopher at Large in which he says: "... if local civil government is necessary for local civil peace, then world civil government is necessary for world peace." In 1979, Barry Goldwater, retiring Republican Senator from Arizona, publishes his autobiography With No Apologies. He writes: "In my view The Trilateral Commission represents a skillful, coordinated effort to seize control and consolidate the four centers of power -- political, monetary, intellectual, and ecclesiastical. All this is to be done in the interest of creating a more peaceful, more productive world community. What the Trilateralists truly intend is the creation of a worldwide economic power superior to the political governments of the nation-states involved. They believe the abundant materialism they propose to create will overwhelm existing differences. As managers and creators of the system they will rule the future." 1979 – FEMA, which stands for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, is given huge powers. It has the power, in case of "national emergency", to suspend laws, move entire populations, arrest and detain citizens without a warrant, and hold them, indefinitely, without trial. It can seize property, food supplies, transportation systems (including personal vehicles), and totally suspend the Constitution. FEMA is not only the most powerful entity in the United States, it was not even created under Constitutional law by the Congress. It was a product of a Presidential Executive Order. An Executive Order becomes law simply by a signature of the U.S. President; it does not even have to be approved by the Representatives or Senators in the Congress. A state of "national emergency" could be a terrorist attack, a natural disaster, or a stock market crash, for example. Here are just a few Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years, and could be enacted by the stroke of a presidential pen: # 10995: Right to seize all communications media in the United States. # 10997: Right to seize all electric power, fuels and minerals, both public and private. # 10999: Right to seize all means of transportation, including personal vehicles of any kind, and total control of highways, seaports, and waterways. # 11000: Right to seize any and all American people and divide up families in order to create work forces to be transferred to any place the Government sees fit. # 11001: Right to seize all health, education and welfare facilities, both public and private. # 11002: Right to force registration of all men, women, and children in the United States. # 11003: Right to seize all air space, airports, and aircraft. # 11004: Right to seize all housing and finance authorities in order to establish "Relocation Designated Areas," and force abandonment of areas classified as "unsafe". # 11005: Right to seize all railroads, inland waterways, and storage facilities, both public and private. # 11921: Authorizes plans to establish Government control of wages and salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions. 1984 -- The Power to Lead is published. Author James McGregor Burns admits: "The framers of the U.S. constitution have simply been too shrewd for us. The have outwitted us. They designed separate institutions that cannot be unified by mechanical linkages, frail bridges, tinkering. If we are to 'turn the Founders upside down' -- we must directly confront the constitutional structure they erected." 1985 -- Norman Cousins, the honorary chairman of Planetary Citizens for the World We Chose, is quoted in Human Events: "World government is coming, in fact, it is inevitable. No arguments for or against it can change that fact." Cousins was also president of the World Federalist Association, an affiliate of the World Association for World Federation (WAWF), headquartered in Amsterdam. WAWF is a leading force for world federal government and is accredited by the U.N. as a Non-Governmental Organization. 1987 -- The Secret Constitution and the Need for Constitutional Change is sponsored in part by the Rockefeller Foundation. Some thoughts of author Arthur S. Miller are: "... a pervasive system of thought control exists in the United States... the citizenry is indoctrinated by employment of the mass media and the system of public education... people are told what to think about... the old order is crumbling... Nationalism should be seen as a dangerous social disease... A new vision is required to plan and manage the future, a global vision that will transcend national boundaries and eliminate the poison of nationalistic solutions... a new Constitution is necessary." 1988 -- Former Under-secretary of State and CFR member George Ball in a January 24 interview in the New York Times says: "The Cold War should no longer be the kind of obsessive concern that it is. Neither side is going to attack the other deliberately... If we could internationalize by using the U.N. in conjunction with the Soviet Union, because we now no longer have to fear, in most cases, a Soviet veto, then we could begin to transform the shape of the world and might get the U.N. back to doing something useful... Sooner or later we are going to have to face restructuring our institutions so that they are not confined merely to the nation-states. Start first on a regional and ultimately you could move to a world basis." December 7, 1988 -- In an address to the U.N., Mikhail Gorbachev calls for mutual consensus: "World progress is only possible through a search for universal human consensus as we move forward to a new world order." May 12, 1989 -- President Bush invites the Soviets to join World Order. Speaking to the graduating class at Texas A&M University, Mr. Bush states that the United States is ready to welcome the Soviet Union "back into the world order." 1989 -- Carl Bernstein's (Woodward and Bernstein of Watergate fame) book Loyalties: A Son's Memoir is published. His father and mother had been members of the Communist party. Bernstein's father tells his son about the book: "You're going to prove [Sen. Joseph] McCarthy was right, because all he was saying is that the system was loaded with Communists. And he was right... I'm worried about the kind of book you're going to write and about cleaning up McCarthy. The problem is that everybody said he was a liar; you're saying he was right... I agree that the Party was a force in the country." 1990 -- The World Federalist Association faults the American press. Writing in their Summer/Fall newsletter, Deputy Director Eric Cox describes world events over the past year or two and declares: "It's sad but true that the slow-witted American press has not grasped the significance of most of these developments. But most federalists know what is happening... And they are not frightened by the old bug-a-boo of sovereignty." September 11, 1990 -- President Bush calls the Gulf War an opportunity for the New World Order. In an address to Congress entitled Toward a New World Order, Mr. Bush says: "The crisis in the Persian Gulf offers a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times... a new world order can emerge in which the nations of the world, east and west, north and south, can prosper and live in harmony.... Today the new world is struggling to be born." On September 25, 1990 -- In an address to the U.N., Soviet Foreign Minister Eduard Shevardnadze describes Iraq's invasion of Kuwait as "an act of terrorism [that] has been perpetrated against the emerging New World Order." On December 31, Gorbachev declares that the New World Order would be ushered in by the Gulf Crisis. On October 1, 1990 -- In a U.N. address, President Bush speaks of the: "... collective strength of the world community expressed by the U.N. ... an historic movement towards a new world order... a new partnership of nations... a time when humankind came into its own... to bring about a revolution of the spirit and the mind and begin a journey into a... new age." 1991 -- Author Linda MacRae-Campbell publishes How to Start a Revolution at Your School in the publication In Context. She promotes the use of "change agents" as "self-acknowledged revolutionaries" and "co-conspirators." 1991 – President George Bush Sr. (father of the current U.S. president) praises the New World Order in a State of the Union Message: "What is at stake is more than one small country; it is a big idea - a new world order... to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind... based on shared principles and the rule of law... The illumination of a thousand points of light... The winds of change are with us now." (Theosophist Alice Bailey used that very same expression – "points of light" – in describing the process of occult enlightenment.) February 6, 1991 -- President Bush tells the Economic Club of New York: "My vision of a new world order foresees a United Nations with a revitalized peacekeeping function." In June, 1991 -- The Council on Foreign Relations co-sponsors an assembly Rethinking America's Security: Beyond Cold War to New World Order which is attended by 65 prestigious members of government, labor, academia, the media, military, and the professions from nine countries. Later, several of the conference participants joined some 100 other world leaders for another closed door meeting of the Bilderberg Society in Baden Baden, Germany. The Bilderbergers also exert considerable clout in determining the foreign policies of their respective governments. While at that meeting, David Rockefeller said in a speech: "We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries." In July, 1991 -- The Southeastern World Affairs Institute discusses the New World Order. In a program, topics include, Legal Structures for a New World Order and The United Nations: From its Conception to a New World Order. Participants include a former director of the U.N.'s General Legal Division, and a former Secretary General of International Planned Parenthood. In Late July, 1991 -- On a Cable News Network program, CFR member and former CIA director Stansfield Turner (Rhodes scholar), when asked about Iraq, responded: "We have a much bigger objective. We've got to look at the long run here. This is an example -- the situation between the United Nations and Iraq -- where the United Nations is deliberately intruding into the sovereignty of a sovereign nation... Now this is a marvelous precedent (to be used in) all countries of the world... " On Oct. 29, 1991, David Funderburk, former U.S. Ambassador to Romania, tells a North Carolina audience: "George Bush has been surrounding himself with people who believe in one-world government. They believe that the Soviet system and the American system are converging." "The vehicle to bring this about, said Funderburk, is the United Nations, "the majority of whose 166 member states are socialist, atheist, and anti-American." Funderburk served as ambassador in Bucharest from 1981 to 1985, when he resigned in frustration as a response to U.S. support of the oppressive regime of the late Rumanian dictator, Nicolae Ceausescu. October 30, 1991: -- President Gorbachev at the Middle East Peace Talks in Madrid states: "We are beginning to see practical support. And this is a very significant sign of the movement towards a new era, a new age... We see both in our country and elsewhere... ghosts of the old thinking... When we rid ourselves of their presence, we will be better able to move toward a new world order... relying on the relevant mechanisms of the United Nations." Elsewhere, in Alexandria, Virginia, Elena Lenskaya, Counsellor to the Minister of Education of Russia, delivers the keynote address for a program titled, Education for a New World Order. 1992 -- The Twilight of Sovereignty by CFR member (and former Citicorp Chairman) Walter Wriston is published, in which he claims: "A truly global economy will require ... compromises of national sovereignty... There is no escaping the system." 1992 -- The United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) Earth Summit takes place in Rio de Janeiro this year, headed by Conference Secretary-General Maurice Strong. The main products of this summit are the Biodiversity Treaty and Agenda 21, which the U.S. hesitates to sign because of opposition at home due to the threat to sovereignty and economics. The summit says the first world's wealth must be transferred to the third world. On July 20, 1992, Time magazine publishes "The Birth of the Global Nation," by Strobe Talbott, Rhodes Scholar, roommate of Bill Clinton at Oxford University, CFR Director and Trilateralist (and appointed Deputy Secretary of State by President Clinton), in which he writes: "Nationhood as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single global authority... All countries are basically social arrangements... No matter how permanent or even sacred they may seem at any one time, in fact they are all artificial and temporary... Perhaps national sovereignty wasn't such a great idea after all... But it has taken the events in our own wondrous and terrible century to clinch the case for world government." As editor of Time magazine, Talbott defended Clinton during his presidential campaign. He was appointed by President Clinton as the number two person at the State Department behind Secretary of State Warren Christopher, former Trilateralist and former CFR Vice-Chairman and Director. Talbott was confirmed by about two-thirds of the U.S. Senate despite his statement about the unimportance of national sovereignty. September 29, 1992 -- At a town hall meeting in Los Angeles, Trilateralist and former CFR president Winston Lord delivers a speech titled, Changing Our Ways: America and the New World, in which he remarks: "To a certain extent, we are going to have to yield some of our sovereignty, which will be controversial at home... [Under] the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)... some Americans are going to be hurt as low-wage jobs are taken away." Lord became an Assistant Secretary of State in the Clinton administration. 1992 -- President Bush addressing the General Assembly of the U.N said: "It is the sacred principles enshrined in the United Nations charter to which the American people will henceforth pledge their allegiance." In the Winter of 1992-93 -- The CFR's Foreign Affairs publishes Empowering the United Nations by U.N. Secretary General Boutros-Boutros Ghali, who asserts: "It is undeniable that the centuries-old doctrine of absolute and exclusive sovereignty no longer stands... Underlying the rights of the individual and the rights of peoples is a dimension of universal sovereignty that resides in all humanity... It is a sense that increasingly finds expression in the gradual expansion of international law... In this setting the significance of the United Nations should be evident and accepted." 1993 -- Strobe Talbott receives the Norman Cousins Global Governance Award for his 1992 Time article, The Birth of the Global Nation and in appreciation for what he has done "for the cause of global governance." President Clinton writes a letter of congratulation which states: "Norman Cousins worked for world peace and world government.... Strobe Talbott's lifetime achievements as a voice for global harmony have earned him this recognition... He will be a worthy recipient of the Norman Cousins Global Governance Award. Best wishes... for future success." Not only does President Clinton use the specific term, "world government," but he also expressly wishes the WFA "future success" in pursuing world federal government. Talbott proudly accepts the award, but says the WFA should have given it to the other nominee, Mikhail Gorbachev. July 18, 1993 -- CFR member and Trilateralist Henry Kissinger writes in the Los Angeles Times concerning NAFTA: "What Congress will have before it is not a conventional trade agreement but the architecture of a new international system... a first step toward a new world order." August 23, 1993 -- Christopher Hitchens, Socialist friend of Bill Clinton when he was at Oxford University, says in a C-SPAN interview: "... it is, of course the case that there is a ruling class in this country, and that it has allies internationally." October 30, 1993 -- Washington Post ombudsman Richard Harwood does an op-ed piece about the role of the CFR's media members: "Their membership is an acknowledgment of their ascension into the American ruling class [where] they do not merely analyze and interpret foreign policy for the United States; they help make it." 1993 – A second Parliament of World Religions is held in Chicago on the 100th anniversary of the first. Like the first convention, this one seeks to join all the religions of the world into "one harmonious whole," but it wants to make them "merge back into their original element." Traditional beliefs of monotheistic religions such as Christianity are considered incompatible with individual "enlightenment", and must be drastically altered. July 18, 1993 – CFR member and Trilateralist Henry Kissinger writes in the "Los Angeles Times" concerning NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement): "What Congress will have before it is not a conventional trade agreement but the architecture of a new international system...a first step toward a new world order." On May 4, 1993, Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) president Leslie Gelb said on The Charlie Rose Show that: "... you [Charlie Rose] had me on [before] to talk about the New World Order! I talk about it all the time. It's one world now. The Council [CFR] can find, nurture, and begin to put people in the kinds of jobs this country needs. And that's going to be one of the major enterprises of the Council under me." Previous CFR chairman, John J. McCloy (1953-70), actually said they have been doing this since the 1940s (and before). January/February, 1994 -- The CFR's Foreign Affairs prints an opening article by CFR Senior Fellow Michael Clough in which he writes that the "Wise Men" (e.g. Paul Nitze, Dean Acheson, George Kennan, and John J. McCloy) have: "…assiduously guarded it [American foreign policy] for the past 50 years... They ascended to power during World War II... This was as it should be. National security and the national interest, they argued must transcend the special interests and passions of the people who make up America... How was this small band of Atlantic-minded internationalists able to triumph ... Eastern internationalists were able to shape and staff the burgeoning foreign policy institutions... As long as the Cold War endured and nuclear Armageddon seemed only a missile away, the public was willing to tolerate such an undemocratic foreign policy making system." 1994 – In the Human Development Report, published by the UN Development Program, there was a section called "Global Governance for the 21st Century." The administrator for this program was appointed by Bill Clinton. His name is James Gustave Speth. The opening sentence of the report said: "Mankind's problems can no longer be solved by national government. What is needed is a world government. This can best be achieved by strengthening the United Nations system." May 3, 1994 – President Bill Clinton signs Presidential Decision Directive 25, and then declares it classified so the American people can't see what it says. (The summary of PDD-25 issued to members of Congress tells us that it authorizes the President to turn over control of U.S. military units to U.N. command.) Sept. 23, 1994 – The globalists realize that as more and more people begin to wake up to what's going on, they have only a limited amount of time in which to implement their policies. Speaking at the United Nations Ambassadors' dinner, David Rockefeller remarks: “This present window of opportunity, during which a truly peaceful and interdependent world order might be built, will not be open for too long... We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis, and the nations will accept the New World Order.” 1995 -- The State of the World Forum took place in the fall of this year, sponsored by the Gorbachev Foundation located at the Presidio in San Francisco. Foundation President Jim Garrison chairs the meeting of who's-who from around the world including Margaret Thatcher, Maurice Strong, George Bush, Mikhail Gorbachev and others. Conversation centered on the oneness of mankind and the coming global government. However, the term “global governance” is now used in place of “New World Order” since the latter has become a political liability, being a lightning rod for opponents of global government. Even talk show host Rush Limbaugh, an outspoken critic of anyone claiming a push for global government, said on his February 7, 1995 program: “You see, if you amount to anything in Washington these days, it is because you have been plucked or handpicked from an Ivy League school -- Harvard, Yale, Kennedy School of Government -- you've shown an aptitude to be a good Ivy League type, and so you're plucked so-to-speak, and you are assigned success. You are assigned a certain role in government somewhere, and then your success is monitored and tracked, and you go where the pluckers and the handpickers can put you.” March, 1995 – U.N. delegates meet in Copenhagen, Denmark, to discuss various methods for imposing global taxes on the people of the world. July, 1995 – Arthur Schlesinger, Jr, wrote in the “Foreign Affairs" magazine, “We are not going to achieve a new world order without paying for it in blood as well as in words and money,” September, 1995 – “Popular Science” magazine describes a top secret U.S. Navy installation called HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) in the state of Alaska. This project beams powerful radio energy into the earth's upper atmosphere. One of the goals of the program is to develop the capability of "manipulating local weather" using the techniques developed by Bernard Eastlund. (The program has been underway since 1990.) September 27, 1995 – The State of the World Forum took place in the fall of this year, sponsored by the Gorbachev Foundation located at the Presidio in San Francisco. Foundation President Jim Garrison chairs the meeting of who's-who from around the world, including Margaret Thatcher, Maurice Strong, George Bush, Mikhail Gorbachev, and others. The world is on the verge of another global war, the "state of emergency" looked for by the one-worlders to impose martial law and the universal microchip under the skin... But with God's help, they will not have the last word! Richard M. Haass, a past President/Director of the Council on Foreign Relations, is CURRENTLY, Obama' State Department Special Envoy. He is also a Member of both the Builderberg Group and Trilateral Commission. Here are a few statements he has made in the past: “Some governments are prepared to give up element of sovereignty to address the threat of global climate change.” “...sovereignty must be redefined if states are to cope with globalization.” “...Globalization thus implies that sovereignty…needs to become weaker.” “States would be wise to weaken sovereignty in order to protect themselves...” The word states could and should actually be replaced with nations or countries, because that is what Richard Haass is referring to, when he says states.
